What I build

Four ways to get your product live

Each one starts with a 30-minute call and a written scope, and ends with something running.

MVP and SaaS development

Your MVP or SaaS product, live in production in weeks, not months.

For founders who need a working product in front of users or investors

From $3,000, fixed price

App rescue

Your AI-built prototype, made safe and ready for real users and payments.

For founders who built a prototype in Lovable, Bolt, Replit or Base44 and hit a wall

From $1,000, fixed price

RAG and AI chatbots

An AI chatbot that answers from your own documents, with sources.

For teams whose knowledge is scattered across docs, PDFs and wikis

Quoted after a call

Internal tools

The spreadsheet your team fights with every week, turned into a simple tool.

For small teams running operations on spreadsheets and copy-paste

Pricing

Know the price before any code

Fixed prices for defined builds, a monthly retainer for ongoing work, or hourly for small jobs. Terms are agreed in writing first.

Fixed price

App rescue

Your Lovable, Bolt, Replit or Base44 app, made ready for real users.

From$1,000starting price, confirmed after the audit

  • A written audit of what blocks launch, in priority order
  • Auth, data, payments and security fixes
  • Deployment to hosting and a domain you control
  • You approve the quote before any fixes start
Monthly retainer

Ongoing development

Features, fixes and improvements once real users arrive.

10 hours a week
$1,200/month
20 hours a week
$2,400/month
  • A fixed monthly price, with hours agreed upfront
  • Priorities set together each week
  • The same review and testing on every change

Small job or not sure yet? Hourly at $30/hour, agreed before any hours are logged. RAG chatbots and internal tools are quoted after a 30-minute call.

Ask about your project

Why founders call me

Your prototype works in the demo. Production asks for more.

AI app builders get an idea on screen fast. Real users, real data and real payments need the parts a demo skips. That gap is what I close.

Questions

What founders ask before the first call

How much does a project cost?

MVPs start from $3,000 and app rescues from $1,000, both at a fixed price written into your scope before work starts. Ongoing work is a monthly retainer ($1,200/month for 10 hours a week, $2,400/month for 20), and small jobs are $30/hour.

How fast can you ship?

MVPs and web apps are planned in weeks, not months. Your written scope sets the exact milestones, and you can click through progress along the way.

Can you fix an app built in Lovable, Bolt, Replit or Base44?

Yes. I start with an audit of what blocks production, then fix auth, data, payments, security and SEO, and move the app to hosting you control. Usually there is no need to rebuild from scratch.

Does AI write all the code?

AI coding tools (Claude Code and Codex) do the repetitive work. I plan the architecture, review the changes and test them before anything ships.

Who owns the code?

You do. The code lives in your repository and the app runs on accounts in your name.

Where are you based, and who do you work with?

I am based in India and work with small businesses and startup founders in the US and Europe.

What happens after launch?

You get a handover so you know how everything runs. If you want ongoing improvements, that can be a monthly retainer or hourly work.

Have an idea? Let’s scope it.

A 30-minute call is enough to tell whether it fits, what the first version should include, and how long it takes.
